RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND

CHANGES IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Dr. SY Robin Chua has resigned as an independent non-executive Director of the Company and ceased to be a member of each of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Board of the Company all with effect from 23 April 2019.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Dynamic Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Dr. SY Robin Chua ("Dr. SY") has resigned as an independent non-executive Director of the Company and ceased to be a member of each of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Board all with effect from 23 April 2019 in order to devote more time to other business commitments.

Dr. SY has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in respect of his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Dr. SY for his valuable contributions to the Company throughout his tenure of services.
