Forbidden Technologies : Grant of Share Options

Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT), the developer and seller of cloud video platform technology using its patented Blackbird technology, announces that on 15 September 2018 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.8p were granted to the directors listed below as part of an employee-wide share option grant over 3,690,000 unissued Ordinary Shares:

The options were granted under the Company's EMI share option scheme.

Following the above grant there are a total of 8,395,000 incentive share options granted over unissued Ordinary Shares granted to Directors and PDMRs, representing 2.84% of the Company's current Ordinary share capital of 295,486,199 Ordinary Shares.
