CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

LIST OF DIRECTORS AND THEIR ROLE AND FUNCTION

Reference is made to the announcement in relation to ''List of Directors and their Role and Function'' of Shinelong Automotive Lightweight Application Limited (the ''Company'') published on 27 June 2019 (the ''Announcement'').

The Company would like to clarify the mistake made in the Chinese version of the Announcement, the presentation of the table provides membership information of the remuneration committee and nomination committee on which each director of the Company serves have been mispresented.

The correct information contained in the Announcement had been amended.
