Announcement of Changes to the Officers

Idemitsu Kosan Co.,Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that at the board of directors meeting held on December 18, 2018, it has resolved the changes to its officers as follows.

The changes to the officers mentioned below will be officially determined at the Company's board of directors meeting scheduled to be held on April 1, 2019, subject to a condition precedent that the share exchange, which was approved at the Company's extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on December 18, 2018, becomes effective.
