CESSATION OF SUBSIDIARY - PT MITRA INVESTINDO TBK - UPDATE
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Interra Resources Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 30 June 2018. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the announcement on 30 June 2018.
The Board wishes to announce that Mr Sugi Handoko has been reappointed as the president director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk ("MITI"), and that MITI has appointed Mr Pradopo Subekti as a director of MITI. The board of directors of MITI now comprises Mr Sugi Handoko, Mr Pradopo Subekti, and Ms Diah Gandhi. Mr Pradopo Subekti and Ms Diah Gandhi do not represent the Company on MITI's board of directors. Consequently, the Company still does not have majority representation on MITI's board of commissioners and board of directors, or defacto control over the voting rights of both boards, and hence the cessation of MITI as a subsidiary of the Company remains unchanged.
