In relations with the Agenda No. 3 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held on June 5, 2017 regarding changes in the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Company, the proposed candidates to be appointed as new member of Board of Directors are as follows:
Sie Djohan - Candidate of Board of Directors' Member
Indonesian citizen, born in Medan on 1967. He graduated from Pharmacy Faculty (previously incorporated as study program in Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) of Universitas Indonesia in 1990. He started his career in Kalbe Group acting as Group Marketing Manager of PT Dankos Farma (previously known as PT Dankos Labs) in 1996-2001, then acted as Assistant Director of Marketing of PT Dankos Farma in 2001-2006. In 2006-2007 he acted as Assistant Director of Business Development & Management System. PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, and in year 2007- present he acting as Director of Business Development, Management System & Regulatory Affairs of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. In year 2007-present he also acting as Comissioner of PT Bintang Toedjoe, acted as Director of Innogene Kalbiotech Pte Ltd in 2013-2014, Director of PT Bifarma Adiluhung in 2013-2014, Commissioner of PT Bifarma Adiluhung in 2014-present, President of PT Kalbe Genexine Biologics 2015-present, Director of Corporate Quality in PT Kalbe Farma Tbk year 2015-present and Director of Corporate Strategic Investment of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk year 2015-present in 2015-present, and acting as President of Commissioner of PT Sanghiang Perkasa in 2017-present.
