MINBOS IN ADVANCED DISCUSSIONS TO AMEND CABINDA JV

Minbos Resources Ltd (Minbos or the Company) advises that the Company is in advanced and confidential negotiations with joint venture (JV) partner Petril Projects (Petril) to amend some of the key terms of the Cabinda JV agreement.

The negotiations are confidential and the Company will update shareholders as appropriate. There are no guarantee that the negotiations between the parties will result in binding amendments to the Cabinda JV agreement.

Minbos believe that if the negotiations are successfully concluded the revised terms of the JV will improve the economics and development timelines of the Cabinda project and will be beneficial to stakeholders.
