The Board has noticed the significant increase in the Company's share price this morning. Shareholders will be aware of the recent appointment of Matthew Pau to the board as a non executive director and the resignation of James Tan, to pursue his other business interests.

The Board announces that there are a number of potentially positive developments that the Board is currently considering, which may or may not come to fruition, including expansion of the Company's franchise network. The Board is also in early discussions regarding a joint listing on GEM, the junior Hong Kong Stock Exchange, although no decision has yet been made and any joint listing would be unlikely before Q2 2015.
