On March 27, 2020, Florida Power & Light Company sold $1.1 billion principal amount of its First Mortgage Bonds, 2.85% Series due April 1, 2025 (Bonds). The Bonds were registered under the Securities Act of 1933 pursuant to Registration Statement Nos. 333-226056, 333-226056-01 and 333-226056-02. This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to report as exhibits certain documents in connection with the sale of the Bonds.
