Business Summary

Northern Ocean Ltd. is a Bermuda-based international drilling contractor company. The Company is engaged in offshore drilling for the oil and gas industry in harsh environments worldwide. The Company owns two semi-submersible rigs, namely Deepsea Mira and Deepsea Bollsta, which has the capacity of drilling at a water depth of approximately 10,000 feet. The Company contracts its drilling rigs primarily on a day rate basis for long periods.
