Dear Shareholder,

Election of Language and Means of Receipt of Corporate Communications

We are pleased to enclose the annual report of NWS Holdings Limited (the "Company") for the year ended 30 June 2018 (the "Annual Report"). Please note that both English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report are available on the Company's website atwww.nws.com.hk.

For those shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") who (i) have received the Annual Report in either the English or Chinese version only and would like to receive a printed copy in other language; and/or (ii) wish to change their choice of language and/or means of receipt of all future corporate communications of the Company ("Corporate Communications"), please complete the request form and return it by post to the Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Standard Limited, using the enclosed aerogram.

You are encouraged to take advantage of accessing the Corporate Communications posted on the Company's website using electronic means, which helps protect the environment and, we believe, is a more convenient and prompt method of communication with the Shareholders. If you elect electronic means, we will send you an email notification of the posting of the relevant documents on the Company's website on the same day that the printed Corporate Communications are mailed to other Shareholders. In the case that you have any difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the relevant documents when using electronic means, for any reason, we will promptly upon your request send the printed form of the same to you free of charge.

As a note of appreciation of your support to reduce paper consumption, the Company will make charitable donation of HK$100 for each election made by the Shareholders to access Corporate Communications electronically.

You are entitled at any time by reasonable notice in writing to the Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar to change your choice of language and/or means of receipt of the Corporate Communications.

Please note that printed English and Chinese versions of the Corporate Communications are available from the Company or its Hong Kong branch share registrar upon request, and both versions are also available on HKEXnews website atwww.hkexnews.hkand the Company's website.
