ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO

CLAUSE 704(8) OF THE SGX LISTING MANUAL

APPOINTMENT TO BOARD COMMITTEES

Singapore Telecommunications Limited ("Singtel") wishes to announce that Mrs Gail Kelly has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 15 May 2019. The Board of Directors of Singtel considers Mrs Kelly to be an independent Director.

From 15 May 2019, the Singtel Audit Committee comprises Mr Bobby Chin as Chairman, with Mr Gautam Banerjee, Mrs Christina Ong and Mrs Kelly as members.

Singtel also wishes to announce that Mr Dominic Barton has been appointed as a member of the Finance and Investment Committee and the Risk Committee with effect from 15 May 2019. The Finance and Investment Committee comprises Mr Simon Israel as Chairman, with Mr Venky Ganesan, Mr Bradley Horowitz, Mr Low Check Kian and Mr Barton as members. The Risk Committee comprises Ms Teo Swee Lian as Chairman, with Mr Gautam Banerjee, Mr Bobby Chin and Mr Barton as members.
