The new structure will come into force on January 1, 2020, and Treasury and Investor Relations will be merged to form the new 'Treasury & Investor Relations' unit. 'After our successful IPO and the dual listing on the Frankfurt and Stockholm stock exchanges, taking the step of merging both departments ensures a dedicated and consistent interaction with the capital market,' explains Christian Schulz, CFO of TRATON SE.

Rolf Woller (46), currently Head of Investor Relations at TRATON SE, will take over as head of the new unit. Ralph Josephs will remain Head of Treasury and report from then on to Rolf Woller, who will continue to also head the Investor Relations department.

Due to the requirements of a company with a dual listing, the Investor Relations team at TRATON SE will also be reorganized. Helga Wurtele, currently primarily responsible for Investor Relations at MAN SE, will be based in Sodertalje, Sweden, from 2020, and act as an interface to the Nordic investor base of the TRATON GROUP. In this context, she will also drive sustainability topics at the Group that are relevant for Investor Relations together with the Swedish colleagues. The Investor Relations team in Munich was also stepped up. Philipp Lotz, has been supporting the team since October 1, 2019.
