Vingroup JSC : SIGNED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON STRATEGIC COLLABORATION WITH DKSH

On March 21, in Hanoi, VinFa (a Vingroup company) signed a memorandum of understanding with DKSH (Switzerland) - a global leading Market Expansion Service provider - for their comprehensive collaboration in the area of domestic and international distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Both organizations will cooperate to facilitate pharmaceutical import and distribution of imported medicines. VinFa and DKSH will also cooperate to look for opportunities to bring advanced international pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies to Vietnam, in order to contribute to the stabilization of Vietnam's pharmaceutical market. Through the existing networks of DKSH and VinFa, both parties agreed to work together to apply hi-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing methods to export Vietnamese traditional medicines and treatments overseas.

Specifically, DKSH will transfer technology and assistance in training to ensure VinFa can operate a high quality drug distribution system meeting international standards, as well as the highest standards set by the Ministry of Health and requirements of international pharmaceutical firms.

Besides, the cooperation between DKSH and Vingroup is expected to open up more opportunities for other business segments of Vingroup's subsidiaries to gain support from leading enterprises, such as the existing partnership in the consumer retail segment between the parties.
