Appointments within Wendel's Supervisory Board

 

Franca Bertagnin Benetton, an independent member of the Board, was appointed to the Audit Committee by decision of the July 5, 2018 Supervisory Board. This appointment increased the proportion of independent members to the Audit Committee from 50% to 57% (4 independent members out of 7).

Gervais Pellissier, Vice-Chairman of the Board, was appointed lead independent director by decision of the September 5, 2018 Supervisory Board.

In addition, Wendel's works council decided to appoint Sophie Parise, Tax Manager, to the Supervisory Board as member representing employees. Sophie Parise replaces Fabienne Porquier, who did not seek the renewal of her mandate. This decision took effect at the end of the September 5, 2018 Board which, in accordance with the recommendations of the Afep-Medef Code, also appointed Sophie Parise as member of the Governance Committee.
