XXL ASA : - Mandatory notification of trade

Dolphin Management AS, a company controlled by board member of XXL ASA («XXL» or
the «Company») Øivind Lønnestad Tidemandsen, has today sold 555 956 shares in
XXL at a price of NOK 20.40 per share. Following the transaction, Dolphin
Management AS owns 36 000 000 shares in XXL, representing 14.26 percent of the
outstanding shares of XXL.
