XXL ASA Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2023

XXL ASA reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was NOK 1,946 million compared to NOK 2,090 million a year ago. Net loss was NOK 302 million compared to net income of NOK 30 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.63 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.18 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.63 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.18 a year ago. Basic loss per share was NOK 0.78 compared to basic earnings per share of NOK 0.12 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was NOK 0.78 compared to diluted earnings per share of NOK 0.12 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was NOK 3,930 million compared to NOK 3,956 million a year ago. Net loss was NOK 569 million compared to NOK 121 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was NOK 1.37 compared to NOK 0.34 a year ago. Basic loss per share was NOK 1.65 compared to NOK 0.48 a year ago.
