Lagardère announces the appointment this Wednesday of Maxime Saada as group vice president, reporting to CEO Arnaud Lagardère. He joins the executive committee and otherwise retains his current duties.

In February 2018, Maxime Saada was appointed chairman of Studiocanal, then in April 2018, chairman of the Canal+ Group management board. He has also been a member of Vivendi's Management Board since June 24, 2022, and Chairman of Olympia since May 31.

His experience at the head of the Canal+ Group, as well as in the other Vivendi subsidiaries he manages - Dailymotion and L'Olympia - will represent a key asset in the development and strategy of the Lagardère Group," comments Arnaud Lagardère.
