Baidu Inc. Names Rong Luo Chief Financial Officer

Baidu Inc. on Monday said it named Rong Luo chief financial officer.

The Beijing provider of internet search and online marketing solutions said Mr. Luo joins from TAL Education Group, where he had been chief financial officer since November 2014.

TAL announced Mr. Luo's pending departure in September.

Baidu in August said Herman Yu, who had been chief financial officer since September 2017, had has become chief strategy officer, responsible for corporate strategy and business development.
