Sobhi Batterjee

Sobhi Abduljaleel Ibrahim Batterjee is the founder and currently holds multiple positions.
He founded Saudi German Hospitals Group in 1988, where he currently serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director.
In 2017, he founded Humania Capital (DIFC) Ltd.
and is currently the Chairman.
In addition to his founding positions, Mr. Batterjee currently holds several other roles.
Since 2014, he has been the Chairman of Middle East Healthcare Co. and since 2007, he has been the Chairman of National Hail Co. For Healthcare.
He also holds the position of Director at The Johns Hopkins University and Executive Director at Arab Healthy Water Association.
Furthermore, he is the Director of Bait Al Batterjee Fitness Co. since 2004 and the Director of Batterjee Medical College since 2006.
He is also a Member of The Conference Board, Inc., World Presidents' Organization, Young Presidents' Organization (Jeddah), Saudi German Business Group of Jeddah, Business Clubs America, and Minaret Business Association.
Mr. Batterjee has held former positions as well.
He was the Chairman of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Chairman of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
From 1975 to 1988, he served as the Chairman of Saudi Arabian National Development Co. He was also a Member of Forum Mondial de L'Economie.
In terms of education, Mr. Batterjee graduated from The University of Colorado in 1973 with a graduate degree and from the University of Kansas in 1972 with an undergraduate degree.
