He is a former board member of Asta Funding, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASFI), the NYC Industrial Development Agency, NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation and Cancer Care, Inc. Mr. Rivera earned his BS in Business Administration from Boston University and his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.
