He has also worked for the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation in Beijing and as a diplomat at the Chinese Embassy in Cairo, Egypt.
Mr. Qian earned a bachelor's degree in international studies and English at the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, China.
He also has an M.B.A.
in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
