Ana Ibis Seebrath

Ana Ibis Seebrath is a Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for ORIX USA, responsible for overseeing all HR functions across the company and for crafting HR strategies to meet the company’s long-term growth strategy.
An accomplished human resources professional with a wide variety of HR experience, Mrs. Seebrath served as Head of Human Resources for J.P.
Morgan Securities at J.P.
Morgan Asset Management prior to joining ORIX USA. During her career of leading corporate human resources, she has managed multiple facets of the organization both locally and globally, including serving as an advisor in global joint ventures and acquisitions.
Working closely with global leaders and senior management, Mrs. Seebrath is experienced in developing and implementing HR strategies and plans that align with corporate objectives and direction.
Mrs. Seebrath earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Iowa State University.
She holds an active Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
