André Utzinger

Dr. André Utzinger is a Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Forma Futura Invest AG.
He is on the Board of Directors at Forma Futura Invest AG.
He also serve as a Head of Compliance at the firm.
He has been part of the Forma Futura team since its start-up phase.
He has worked as a financial analyst, sustainability analyst, and head of various multidisciplinary projects during the company's development.
Before joining Forma Futura, he was active in academic research and teaching, where he specialized in interdisciplinary studies that included social, political, economic, and legal issues.
In research projects funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, he worked at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Zurich and the Department of Public International Law and European Law at the University of Freiburg.
He studied philosophy, economics, and economic and social history at the University of Zurich.
In addition to his Doctor of Philosophy (University of Zurich), he has obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Finance (University of Zurich and Basel).
