Tony Bosco has over 20 years of Wall Street experience, exclusively involved with the convertible bond product.
From 1996 to 2000 Mr. Bosco was Managing Director in charge of U.S.
Convertible Trading and Risk at Morgan Stanley where he co-managed a department of thirty professionals.
Under Mr. Bosco's purview were all sales and trading activities relating to customer accounts, as well as proprietary trading and risk management.
At the time of his retirement, Morgan Stanley's Convertibles Department had become one of the largest and most profitable trading desks in any equity-related business.
Prior to becoming Managing Director, Mr. Bosco had been a successful bond trader at Morgan Stanley, and also at Smith Barney, where he was one of the original traders involved in forming that firm's convertibles capabilities.
Mr. Bosco began his career in 1981 at Cowen & Co., an interdealer broker in convertibles.
Beginning in March 2000 Mr. Bosco headed up Convertibles Product business development for Trading Edge, Inc., an internet based fixed income ECN which was acquired in March 2001 by Market Axess.
Mr. Bosco graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received a B.A., major in architecture, from Lehigh University.
