Mr. Bajaj was raised in New Delhi, India.
He is a graduate of University of Southern California (B.S.
in Finance and Business Economics, Magna Cum Laude, 2003).
During college, Mr. Bajaj interned at Cappello Capital in their Investment Banking division and O’Melveny Consulting.
After graduation in 2003, Mr. Bajaj joined Banc of America Securities as an analyst in their Real Estate group of the Investment Banking Division.
While there, he worked to provide debt and equity financing and mergers & acquisitions advice for Real Estate and Lodging companies.
In 2004, Mr. Bajaj joined Citigroup Global Markets as an analyst in the Financial Sponsors group of the Investment Banking Division.
While at Citigroup for two years, Mr. Bajaj worked closely with private equity companies and their portfolio companies to provide debt and equity financing and mergers and acquisitions advice.
In 2006, Mr. Bajaj joined Fox Paine and is focused on new investment opportunities.
