IronBridge began as a subsidiary of HOLT Value Associates LP, which is the research firm that innovated the CFROI Valuation model and was ultimately acquired by Credit Suisse in February of 2002. The firm offers discretionary portfolio management services to institutions including mutual funds), pension and profit sharing plans, corporations, charitable/non-profit organizations, government entities and other pooled investment vehicles, as well as high net-worth individuals. IronBridge also provides sub-advisory services to private funds.
