Mr. McNamara graduated from Manhattan College (B.S., electrical engineering); Johns Hopkins University (M.S., electrical engineering and M.A.S., administrative science); and the University of Maryland (J.D., with honors, 1986), where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.
He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the Anne Arundel County, Maryland State and American Bar Associations.
