Pilipino Telephone Corporation (Piltel) is the second largest cellular mobile telephone service (CMTS) provider in the Philippines as measured by the number of subscribers. Piltel's subsidiaries are the following: Telecommunications Service Provider, Inc. (Telserv), Piltel International Holdings Corp. (PIHC), and Piltel (Cayman) Ltd. Telserv, which was incorporated and registered on October 1, 1992, was the exclusive provider of operator services for the paging business. PIHC was incorporated and registered in July 17, 1996, while Piltel (Cayman) Ltd. was dissolved in June 30, 2008.
