Caryn Mandabach

Since 1984, Ms. Mandabach has developed and produced more than 1,500 half hours of the highest quality comedy television.
Her first effort, The Cosby Show, ran for eight seasons.
Other hits include A Different World, Roseanne, Cybill, Third Rock from the Sun, and That Seventies Show.
These shows, along with many others, created well over a billion dollars in value for what eventually became Carsey-Werner-Mandabach Company, the last independent network supplier in America.
Additionally, in 2000, she along with Oprah Winfrey and Geraldine Laybourne, created the Oxygen Network, a fulltime cable network targeting women.
In August 2004, Ms. Mandabach started Caryn Mandabach Productions.
Though still in its infancy, it has thus far sold three shows.
She Mandabach has won numerous awards including the Emmy, the Humanitas, The People's Choice, and the Peabody.
