From 2009 through June 2016, Mr. Woolston was a partner at CPA firm Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A., in charge of the high net worth individuals group.
Previously he was managing partner and co-founder of Woolston, Koerner & Co., LLC, a regional certified public accounting (CPA) and consulting firm.
He has focused his practice primarily on tax law, compliance, planning & research, business management & strategic planning and investment planning & oversight.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
