Arkéa Capital Gestion SAS is the private equity subsidiary of Groupe Arkéa's Banque Commerciale pour le Marche de l'Entreprise, itself a subsidiary of Groupe Credit Mutuel-CIC in France. The firm Formerly known as Synergie Finance SA, the firm was established in 1992 and it is headquartered in Le Relecq-Kerhuon, with another ffice in Nantes. Their shareholders include regional banks belonging to the CM-CIC network.

Actem Partners SA is part of the buyout financing arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natixis Private Equity (NPE), which in turn is a subsidiary of Paris-based Natixis SA (XP: KN). Based in Paris, Actem Partners originated in 1996. The current firm was established in 2001 and was previously known as SPEF LBO. The firm manages FCPR limited partnership venture capital funds. Their major investors include NPE, Groupe Banque Populaire and other French and European entities including financial institutions and mutual insurance groups.
