Mr. Clark is the Founder and President of the Kingsgrove Companies, a private group of companies specializing in ownership, operation and advisory services for commercial real estate in North America.
From November 1998 to present, Mr. Clark has acted as the sole advisor and Chief Operating Officer for a private real estate investment company in the buyout, reallocation and reinvestment of its interests in a $350 million private real estate portfolio, including retail and industrial properties.
During that same period, Kingsgrove co-managed a retail property sale program for Truscan Property Corporation, a real estate subsidiary of a Canadian bank.
Mr. Clark's other mandates include acting as interim Chief Financial Officer for Mutual Energy, the proposed de-regulated subsidiary of American Electric Power, one of the largest electric utilities in the United States, and acting as co-advisor on over $3 billion of merger valuations.
From 1983 to 1989, Mr. Clark held the position of Senior Vice President and Director, Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., established and led Merrill's Real Estate Investment Banking Group and built it to a total financing volume of over $1.3 billion.
