Mr. David Fullerton is a Managing Director & Head of Equity at BTIG LLC.
He leads the firm’s convertible capital markets activities, and manages BTIG’s relationships with financials, homebuilders and select energy clients.
Prior to BTIG, Mr. Fullerton was a Managing Director at JMP Securities, where he built the firm’s convertible and private capital markets businesses.
Previously, he held similar roles at Piper Jaffray and Robertson Stephens.
He has completed more than 80 private and public equity, convertible and 144A offerings, and has raised more than $2.5 billion in new funding for corporate clients across a wide variety of industries.
Earlier in his career, he led Bank of America’s U.S.
Agency and Mortgage-Back Trading Desks, as well as their Institutional and Retail Fixed Income Sales divisions.
He began his career within Bank of America’s U.S.
Corporate Credit and Lending division.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA in finance from MIT.
