Mr. Bradley has recently advised on a number of significant industry transactions, including Nova Chemicals to IPIC, the sale of Delta and Pineland to Monsanto, the sale of Siemens Osram’s Tungsten Powder business to Plansee Group, the sale of GE’s Advanced Materials business to Apollo, the sale of ICI to Akzo Nobel, the sale of Bayer’s Wolff Walsrode business to Dow Chemical and the sale of Bayer’s H.C.
Starck business to Advent and Carlyle.
Mr. Bradley received a BSc (Honors) in Pysics from the University of Birmingham, England.
