Mr. Fernando Garza-Zivec is Senior Quantitative Analyst at ING Investment Management Co. Mr. Garza-Zivec joined ING Investment Management in December 2004.
He joined ING Investment Management from First Quadrant where he was responsible for European equity research.
Prior to that, he held a variety of positions at BARRA Inc., where he developed equity risk models for Japan and Mexico.
