George Habachi

Mr. George Habachi is a Principal at Prospect Capital Management LLC.
Mr. Habachi currently serves for Prospect.
He has several years of experience in banking, securities analysis and due diligence.
From 1998 to 2007, he served with the Quebec Securities Commission as an analyst and communications consultant.
While at the QSC, he investigated market manipulation trends and broker registration fraud.
Additionally, he advised the Commission’s International Relations Department on national mission activities.
From 1994 to 1998, he worked for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Canada’s largest banking institution.
While at CIBC, he focused on automated and personal banking and accountant management.
Mr. Habachi graduated from the University of Montreal, where he majored in marketing.
Prior to the University of Montreal, he attended the University of Quebec in Commercial Law, following four years in the Canadian Armed Forces.
He speaks English, French and Arabic.
