Humbert joined Plutus Capital Management LLP in January 2005 to head fundamental analysis of stocks and special situations.
Prior to joining Plutus Humbert was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank working in its M&A Group in London.
During the 8 years he spent within this group he was involved in several high profile M&A transactions advising companies mostly located in Continental Europe and in the UK.
Humbert started his career in 1987 in the corporate finance department of the Worms & Cie Group in Paris where he worked until 1996.
He has a Eng (ENSI) and an MBA (Insead)
