J. Hunter Reichart

Mr. Reichart is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Texas D.A.R.
Enterprises and Virginia Explosives & Drilling Company.
Prior to forming Harren, he was a Vice President with Quad-C, a private equity firm with over $1.0 billion in equity capital under management.
While at Quad-C, he was actively involved in investing over $75 million of equity capital through the completion of 15 Quad-C and portfolio company investments in a wide variety of industries and a broad spectrum of transactional structures.
Mr. Reichart served on the Board of Directors of Collins & Aikman Floor coverings, Inc. and Taconic Holdings, Inc. He began his career with RFE Investment Partners, a $200 million venture capital partnership located in New Canaan, CT.
While with RFE, he worked on a variety of seed capital, growth capital and acquisition investments.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from Hamilton College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
