MEAG MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (MEAG-K) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH, itself a subsidiary of Münchener Rückversicherungs AG (FR: MUV2) in Germany. Established in 1999, the firm is based in Munich and manages assets, investing in securities, real estate and funds for a range of clients including insurance companies, pension funds and pension schemes, church organizations, foundations, local authorities, industrial companies from outside their company group and private investors.

Assenagon Asset Management SA (Germany) (Assenagon-DE) is the investment management division of Germany-based Assenagon Asset Management SA, itself a subsidiary of Assenagon SA in Luxembourg. It was founded in 2008 by Vassilios Pappas and Hans Günther Bonk. The firm is headquartered in Munich and has additional offices in Frankfurt am Main and Zurich. Assenagon-DE manages the Assenagon funds for institutional investors, intermediaries and private individuals. They are a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).
