Profile
Ms. Poe joined Urdang in January 2002 and brings a wealth of diverse institutional investment experience in both commercial real estate and securities to the Company.
Prior to joining Urdang, she served as vice president of investor development for Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors.
Previously, she had been one of the key individuals who initiated The Koll Company's real estate acquisitions division in the early 1980s and then formed Koll Realty Advisors in 1989.
During the mid-1990s, Ms. Poe left her position for three years to serve as Vice President in charge of Plan Sponsor Services for the west coast operation of Lynch Jones & Ryan, a New York-based institutional securities brokerage firm providing domestic and global equities and fixed income transactions on behalf of its pension fund clients.
Ms. Poe is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), State Association of County Retirement Systems (SACRS) and is a member of the SACRS Education Committee.
She attended Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California, where she majored in Business Administration.
