Prior to joining Heritage Capital, Mr. Anthony was most recently with Atlantic Trust Company where he served as a Managing Director.
Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Mr. Anthony served as Chief Executive Officer of the Private Client Group at Harbor Capital Management which is now known as Wwest Lane Capital, where he was responsible for strategic planning, sales and marketing, product development, portfolio management and firm wide operations.
He also served as Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee, Account Review Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Previously, Mr. Anthony served as a General Partner and Managing Director of Haldor Investment Advisors.
In this role, he was responsible for overall management of Haldor Investment Advisors, a $2.5 billion investment company, and Hale and Dorr's Trust and Tax Departments.
Additionally, he served as chairman of the Investment Policy Committee.
Before joining Haldor, Mr. Anthony served as a Vice President and Boston Regional Manager with SNC Investment Counseling, the high net worth investment management division of Shawmut National Bank.
Prior experience includes 16 years in various roles with Old Stone Bank, including Senior Vice President in the Money Market Group and Vice President and Trust Officer in the Trust Department.
He is currently a member of the Boston Economic Club, the Boston Society of Financial Analysts, the Providence Society of Financial Analysts, and is a Fellow of the Financial Analysts Federation.
Mr. Anthony received a BA from Wittenberg University and attended the National Trust School at Northwestern University.
