Founded in 1990, Cutwater Investor Services Corp. is a registered investment advisor located in New York City. The firm is a subsidiary of Cutwater Holdings LLC and their ultimate parent is MBIA, Inc. (NYSE: MBI). They manage fixed-income institutional funds, including MBIA's insurance-related investment portfolio, as well as those held by state and local government entities, school districts, municipalities, insurance companies, unions and corporations.
