Mr. Hiatt is the Chief Financial Officer of E&A Industries and is responsible for all financial, tax and risk management affairs of the company, as well as developing and implementing accounting and tax policies.
He coordinates the banking and external accounting relationships of the portfolio companies.
As the chief accountant, he works closely with the individual controllers of each company.
In acquisitions, he plays a key role in the selection and due diligence process.
Prior to joining E&A in 2003, Mr. Hiatt held significant financial positions with several entities, including Controller of a NYSE listed company and 13 years with Deloitte.
He is graduate of Indiana University, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
