Prior to joining Phillips, Hager & North in 1998, Mr. Norman was an investment adviser at a major Canadian investment dealer.
He later became the national director of sales for a Canadian mutual fund company.
Mr. Norman is a Certified Financial Advisor and received his BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
