Santini, CFA MBA, is a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at Boston Trust Walden, Inc. She manages balanced and equity portfolios for institutional and private wealth clients.
Ms. Santini is a member of the Boston Trust Walden Board of Directors and serves as President and Director of Boston Trust Walden Inc., the firm’s investment advisor subsidiary, and as President of the Boston Trust Walden Funds.
She is Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, and a member of the Investment and ESG Research & Engagement Committees.
She began her investment career in 1981 while working for New England ACH at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
She joined Boston Trust Walden in in 1982 and has occupied a variety of senior management roles, including Chief Operating Officer.
She became a Managing Director when the company restructured as an employee-owned business in 2004 and served on the Board of Directors for 16 years.
She earned a BA, cum laude, from Connecticut College and an MBA from Boston University.
She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
She currently serves as the Financial Advisor of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA).
