Summers is Chief Operating Officer at MAI Wealth Advisors LLC since 2009.
He is responsible for firm wide Operations, Compliance and Legal.
In addition Mark assists with the implementation of all Technology Strategies and introduces the firm’s capabilities to high net worth individuals, family offices and closely held businesses as well as select MAI investment strategies to the institutional market.
Mr. Summers joined MAI, bringing wealth of experience in Financial Services.
Prior to joining MAI, he was the Senior Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at Victory Capital Management where he was involved in the overall administrative operations of the firm and well as being involved on various committees including Wealth Segment, AIMR/GIPS standards, Compliance, Corporate Continuity and Alternatives.
He serves as a member of the Baldwin-Wallace College Board of Trustees and is also on the Youth Challenge Board of Directors.
Mr. Summers received a BA from Baldwin-Wallace College and an MA from Bowling Green State University.
