Mary Martinez

Ms. Martinez has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
From 1998 until joining U.S.
Trust in June, Ms. Martinez served as managing director and director of Relationship Management Service, Information and Technology at Bessemer Trust where she was responsible for relationship management services and the overall wealth management platform.
Her additional areas of responsibility included technology, information services, custody, operations, performance measurement, marketing, public relations, advertising and mutual funds.
As a member of the senior executive committee and chairperson of the Relationship Management Enhancement Committee, Ms. Martinez was responsible for the execution of strategies, which included e-commerce, internet/intranet, and major product/technology initiatives.
In addition, she was responsible for the implementation of a relationship management system (Siebel), a portfolio management system (Longview), and trust accounting solution.
Prior to joining Bessemer Trust, Ms. Martinez was senior vice president and head of Republic Funds and Investment Product Development at Republic National Bank of New York's Private Bank.
From 1981 to 1994, Ms. Martinez was with Citicorp Trust - Private Bank where she held a number of managerial positions.
Ms. Martinez received her BA from the University of Florida at Boca Raton.
