Matthew A. Cook

Matt joined Kidd & Company in 2012 with experience in investment banking, venture capital, and management consulting.
Previously, Matt worked as an investment banker at MHT Partners and Canaccord Adams where he completed numerous public and private financing, merger and acquisition, and advisory engagements for middle-market growth companies.
Matt also worked as a principal venture capital investor at Braemar Energy Ventures and management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Matt’s experience includes work in aerospace, clean technology, energy, business services, consumer goods, and industrial products.
Matt received a BS in Accounting and BS in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management.
