Mr. James M.
Treadwell is a Senior Vice President & Investment Advisor at FinTrust Capital Advisors LLC.
His primary focus is leading and directing the investment process for client portfolios.
Mr. Treadwell and his team are responsible for strategic and dynamic allocation modeling, along with manager research, and due diligence on all money managers and fund managers considered by the investment policy committee.
With over 23 years of experience in the industry, he is well equipped to interpret performance-related data including: basic rate of return, peer group analysis, attribution analysis and risk analysis including single and multi-factor models, information ratio, tracking error, volatility of returns and Sharpe ratio.
Before working at FinTrust, Mr. Treadwell worked for SunTrust Bank in their Master Trust department and Creative Financial Group in their Asset Management department.
He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
